- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had a water Emergency on 9-9-17 at 3:00 PM. The Azusa Water dept . came with- in 30 Minutes. The Service person was named Steve who went far beyond his service to help my family. This Gentleman's kindness was outstanding !!! His service was 5 five rating . I now see the Azusa Water Dept . as the BEST Utilitie company in all the area, all because of service of this person (Steve) . Thank you STEVE, you made your company shine. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never met an institution that looks to screw the consumer over with all their "administrative fees" and the fact that their reps claim to do something but don't. What I don't understand is why someone doesn't audit to find out what the heck they do with money considering the streets around Azusa are dirty and they always seemed to be closed.By Ingrid Mendez, July 05, 2017
