    California Army National Guard needs to train its personnel about the US Constitution and on how to interact with the public. Gay slurs and other insults while slouching around in uniform without headgear, all on camera. All while making idiotic remarks to a civilian who is standing on a public sidewalk, recording views available worldwide on Google Maps. The uniform does not give you special privileges or give you the right to poke your nose into the business of civilians, but it does come with responsibilities. What a disgrace, and an embarrassment to veterans.
