    Bankers don't know how to do their job. Don't know standard procedures, if there are fees, unsure why. When you ask why there were fees, they are rude and act like what's the big deal. Go to Glendora branch on Route 66 and Lone Hill. They are very knowledgable, can explain any detail to your account and are very courteous and friendly. Maybe alittle busy, but I wonder why when all the other braches have problems.
